Transmission Vegetation Management Software

The Clearion Transmission Vegetation Management software solution is an enterprise system that enables users to create, share, track, and audit map-based vegetation control information. The Clearion system supports the complete management of routine vegetation treatments, as well as emergent issues that arise from visual inspections or LiDAR surveys. With detailed work tracking and reporting capabilities, Clearion provides the tools and data to improve reliability and meet NERC regulatory requirements.

With Clearion, transmission operators can create prescriptions (work plans), issue paper or electronic work orders, track post-work inspections and rework, calculate estimated and actual costs, and manage schedules and budgets.

The Clearion system operates in both office and mobile environments, allowing field personnel to work remotely and synchronize with a central server. The Clearion solution can incorporate existing asset and land base data from a corporate AM/FM/GIS as intelligent background layers within the Vegetation Management application. The system includes Clearion Mobile, a map-based application for viewing, editing, and reporting, Configuration Editor for set-up and customization of the Mobile application, and Clearion Web, a server application for reporting and map viewing in a web browser.
