GeoDigital - Clearion Partnership

July 27, 2009 — Clearion Software and GeoDigital International announced today an agreement that brings the companies into partnership for the launch of a new, integrated solution for Transmission Vegetation Management. The companies' combined software automates the delivery of GeoDigital LiDAR and aerial imagery data into the Clearion Transmission Vegetation Management software system.

GeoDigital and Clearion are recognized leaders in the fields of airborne LiDAR and Imagery and enterprise mobile work management software systems, respectively. This integration initiative will extend the value of their offerings to electric transmission operators across North America who must comply with the NERC FAC-003-1 requirements for vegetation management along high voltage corridors.
